Marketing Email

This is a useful feature that allows you to send marketing emails using templates and sending groups. Opt-out support and bounce management.

The number of emails you can send per day and the number of email templates you can register depend on your plan.

Settings

FranDo's marketing emails can be [Settings] for each brand/service you have set up in [My Business PRO].

You need to register at least one [My Business PRO] in advance to use this service.

Setup

  1. Click FranDo Marketing > [Marketing Email].

  2. Click [Settings] tub.

  3. Verify displaying the brand/service name registered.

  4. Enter [Sender name].

  5. Enter [Email address for reply].

  6. Enter [Signature] and save.

Sender email address is noreply@yourcustomdomain.app.frando.cloud.

An automatic signature will be inserted. The URL for unsubscribing from e-mails is https://yourcustomdomain.app.frando.cloud/mail/unsubscribe.

Create Email template

If you have a canned message, it is convenient to create an [Email template] in advance. When you create a new marketing email, you can edit the template and send it. Of course, you can also send marketing emails without creating a template.

The number of email templates you can register depends on the plan you are using.

Basic Operations

  1. Click FranDo Marketing > [Marketing Email].

  2. Click [Templates] tub.

  3. Click [Create].

  4. Enter the template [Name].

  5. Enter [Description].

  6. Enter [Body] and save.

Personalized Email

You can use [Personalize] on the right side of [Templates] to customize your marketing emails.

  1. Click the [Binder] icon to the right of the item listed under [Personalize] to copy it to the clipboard.

  2. Paste it where you want it to insert in the [body].

For example, to insert the recipient's [Name] in the body of the message, paste{{ contact_list%full_name }} into the [Body] where you want it to insert.


Headline & List

Headings and lists can be displayed by inserting [#] or [*] at the beginning of the text in the [Body].

  • To apply a headline [#], type the text after the line break.
  • To apply a list [*], enter text before the start of the list.

Create sending group

You can segment your [Contacts] to send marketing emails. If you do not specify a [Sending group], the email will be sent to all Contacts.

Setup

  1. Click FranDo Marketing > [Marketing Email].

  2. Click [Sending group] tub.

  3. Click [Create].

  4. Enter the sending group [Name].

  5. Specify the selections for each item and save.

You can copy or delete [Template] and [Send group] from [Action] in the respective lists.

Click the target [Checkbox] and do to copy or delete.

Create Marketing Email

The number of emails you can send per day depends on your plan. During the free trial period, the number is limited to 200 emails per day.

  1. Click FranDo Marketing > [Marketing Email].

  2. Click [Create] tub.

  3. Select a [Brand/Service].

  4. Select a [Sending group].

  • When you select a sending group, the number of messages that can be sent at this time will be displayed.
  • If not specified, it will be sent to all [Contacts].
  1. Enter [Subject].

  2. Select a [Template].

    • If you do not want to use [Template], type directly in [Body].
  3. Confirm or edit [Body].

    • Modifying the reflected [Template] will not affect the original template.
  4. Click [Move to delivery settings].

  5. To send a file, click [Select file].

    • If you want to send multiple files to run a virus scan on the attachments, upload them as a single file in a zip file.
  6. Under [Delivery settings], select [Draft], [Schedule], or [Immediately].(Specify the date and time when you select [Schedule].)

  7. Click [Save].

  8. You will receive an email/notification that the delivery settings are complete.

    • Even if you select [Immediately], it may take some time for the email delivery program to run.
    • You will receive a notification in your email/notification when the submission is complete.

Verify sending history

  1. Click FranDo Marketing > [Marketing Email].

  2. Click [History] tub.

  3. You can specify under [Search past marketing email].

  4. Display the sending history.

Edit, Copy, Cancel, and Delete from the sending history.

Edit the scheduled marketing email

You can edit the content of a scheduled marketing email before sending it.

  1. Make sure that the status of the target marketing email is [Scheduled] in the [Sending History].

  2. Click target [Subject].

  3. Edit the content.

  4. Click [Save].


※When a file is newly attached or modified, a new virus scan of the file is performed.

Cancel the scheduled marketing email

You can cancel the scheduled marketing email before sending it.

  1. Make sure that the status of the target marketing email is [Scheduled] in the [Sending History].

  2. Click [Checkbox].

  3. Click [Cancel] under [Action].

  4. Confirm alert and click [Cancel].

Copy the marketing email

  1. Click [Checkbox] of the target marketing email.

  2. Click [Copy] under [Action].

  3. Click [Subject] that copied.

  4. Edit the content and save.


※When a file is newly attached or modified, a new virus scan of the file is performed.

Delete the sending history

  1. Click [Checkbox] of the target marketing email.

  2. Click [Trash] under [Action].

  3. Confirm alert and click [Delete].

  • To use FranDo Marketing you need to sign-in with custom sub domain of business account or you can Switch Account after sign-in.
