This is a useful feature that allows you to send marketing emails using templates and sending groups. Opt-out support and bounce management.
The number of emails you can send per day and the number of email templates you can register depend on your plan.
FranDo's marketing emails can be [Settings] for each brand/service you have set up in [My Business PRO].
You need to register at least one [My Business PRO] in advance to use this service.
Click FranDo Marketing > [Marketing Email].
Click [Settings] tub.
Verify displaying the brand/service name registered.
Enter [Sender name].
Enter [Email address for reply].
Enter [Signature] and save.
Sender email address is noreply@yourcustomdomain.app.frando.cloud.
An automatic signature will be inserted. The URL for unsubscribing from e-mails is https://yourcustomdomain.app.frando.cloud/mail/unsubscribe.
If you have a canned message, it is convenient to create an [Email template] in advance. When you create a new marketing email, you can edit the template and send it. Of course, you can also send marketing emails without creating a template.
The number of email templates you can register depends on the plan you are using.
Click FranDo Marketing > [Marketing Email].
Click [Templates] tub.
Click [Create].
Enter the template [Name].
Enter [Description].
Enter [Body] and save.
You can use [Personalize] on the right side of [Templates] to customize your marketing emails.
Click the [Binder] icon to the right of the item listed under [Personalize] to copy it to the clipboard.
Paste it where you want it to insert in the [body].
For example, to insert the recipient's [Name] in the body of the message, paste{{ contact_list%full_name }} into the [Body] where you want it to insert.
Headings and lists can be displayed by inserting [#] or [*] at the beginning of the text in the [Body].

You can segment your [Contacts] to send marketing emails. If you do not specify a [Sending group], the email will be sent to all Contacts.
Click FranDo Marketing > [Marketing Email].
Click [Sending group] tub.
Click [Create].
Enter the sending group [Name].
Specify the selections for each item and save.
You can copy or delete [Template] and [Send group] from [Action] in the respective lists.
Click the target [Checkbox] and do to copy or delete.
The number of emails you can send per day depends on your plan. During the free trial period, the number is limited to 200 emails per day.
Click FranDo Marketing > [Marketing Email].
Click [Create] tub.
Select a [Brand/Service].
Select a [Sending group].
Enter [Subject].
Select a [Template].
Confirm or edit [Body].
Click [Move to delivery settings].
To send a file, click [Select file].
Under [Delivery settings], select [Draft], [Schedule], or [Immediately].(Specify the date and time when you select [Schedule].)
Click [Save].
You will receive an email/notification that the delivery settings are complete.
Click FranDo Marketing > [Marketing Email].
Click [History] tub.
You can specify under [Search past marketing email].
Display the sending history.
You can edit the content of a scheduled marketing email before sending it.
Make sure that the status of the target marketing email is [Scheduled] in the [Sending History].
Click target [Subject].
Edit the content.
Click [Save].
You can cancel the scheduled marketing email before sending it.
Make sure that the status of the target marketing email is [Scheduled] in the [Sending History].
Click [Checkbox].
Click [Cancel] under [Action].
Confirm alert and click [Cancel].
Click [Checkbox] of the target marketing email.
Click [Copy] under [Action].
Click [Subject] that copied.
Edit the content and save.
Click [Checkbox] of the target marketing email.
Click [Trash] under [Action].
Confirm alert and click [Delete].
To use FranDo Marketing you need to sign-in with custom sub domain of business account or you can Switch Account after sign-in.
