The impact of Apple's privacy enhancements
A new feature in iOS15/iPadOS15, [Mail Privacy Protection], prevents email senders from knowing information about incoming email activity in the [Mail App].
FranDo Marketing's [Marketing Email] helps us understand [Open Information] by incorporating tracking pixels into our emails. If a contact using Apple's Mail App has this new feature turned on, the [Open Information] will be affected.
As a result, the automatic change of Lifecycle Stage or Lead Status due to the tracking of opens will no longer work, so please change the Lifecycle Stage or Lead Status manually depending on your correspondence with the contact.
