Sales Analysis

You can view various sales analytics from the information recorded in the FranDo CRM contacts.

View Lead status analysis

  1. Click FranDo Marketing > [Sales Analysis].

  2. View [Lead status analysis].

  3. Specify the criteria for narrow down.

  • Contact person
  • Inflow source
  • Brand/Service
  • Lifecycle stage
  • Period
  1. Click [View].

※If you click [View] without specifying any conditions, the results for the entire period will be displayed.

Status composition and performance for specified period

Click the [Value] to display the target [Contacts]. (Excluding “Contacts created")

Result of specified period

Displays the composition ratio by [Lead status] in the specified period.

If you want to check the daily trend, click [Display daily trends].

All performances

Click on [Monthly] or [Yearly] to view the performance trends for each.

View Lifecycle stage analysis

Displays the [Lifecycle Stage] composition of the owned contacts.

  1. Click FranDo Marketing > [Sales Analysis].

  2. Click [Lifecycle stage analysis] tub.

  3. Specify the period.

  4. Click [View].

※If you click [View] without specifying any conditions, the results for the entire period will be displayed.

Display pie chart

  • Lifecycle stage

  • Classification/Industry

  • Category

  • Brand/Service of interest

  • Inflow source

  • Contact person

These composition ratios are displayed in a pie chart.

Click [Show Graph] at the top right of each pie chart to enlarge it.

If you mouse over a component of the pie chart, not only the composition ratio but also the [Value] will be displayed.

Display bar graph

  • State/Region

  • Country

The number of these targets is displayed in a bar graph.

When you mouse over the bar graph, the [Value] will be displayed.

Composition Data

  • Classification/Industry

  • Category

  • Brand/Service of interest

  • Inflow source

  • Contact person

Displays the composition for each [Lifecycle Stage].

Alert Settings

You can set the number of days elapsed for each [Lead Status] to receive alerts.

  1. Click FranDo Marketing > [Sales Analysis].

  2. Click [Alert settings] tub.

  3. Enter the number of days to display/notify alerts, and switch to [ON].

  • [Activities for today] alerts/notifies you based on the [Next step date] of each [Contact]. When the [Next step date] is today's date or a date in the past, the number of cases will be displayed/notified.

  • Alert settings can be configured for individual [Member].

Click [Value] in the display to show the target [Contacts].

  • To use FranDo Marketing you need to sign-in with custom sub domain of business account or you can Switch Account after sign-in.
