My Business PRO

You can promote your organization's brand, services, and other business information to FranDo users.

The number of [My Business PRO] accounts you can register depends on the plan you are using.

Register your business

  1. Click FranDo Marketing > [My Business PRO].

  2. Click [Create].

  3. Enter the information.

  4. Switch [ON] the publish settings at right bottom and save.

How to register

  • Upload brand/service logo

    • Click [Pencil] icon and select an image file（.png/.jpg/.gif）
    • When you change the logo, click [Pencil] icon or [Trash] icon.

  • Enter the brand/service name

    • Enter the official name of the brand/service.

  • Enter the brand/service name (English)

    • Enter the official name of the brand/service in English.

  • Select industry

    • Click [Select] field and select the industry.

  • Business category

    • Enter a specific business category name.

  • Outline

    • When you click [Pencil] icon, you can change the headline.
    • Enter the content.

  • Target country

    • Select the [Country] where you want to recruit business partners.

  • Contract period

    • When you click [Pencil] icon, you can change the headline.
    • Enter the content.

  • Budget for invest/business

    • Enter the amount of budget for invest/business and select a currency unit.

  • ROI（Return on Investment）

    • When you click [Pencil] icon, you can change the headline.
    • Enter the content.

  • Organization/Company

    • You can change the organization/company name displayed.

  • Contact person

    • Select the contact person from [Member].

  • Featured image

    • You can select an image（.png/.jpg/.gif）or video on Youtube.

  • Image

    • Upload images for gallery.

  • Advantages etc.

    • When you click [Pencil] icon, you can change the headline.
    • Enter the content.

  • Terms & conditions etc.

    • When you click [Pencil] icon, you can change the headline.
    • Enter the content.

  • Publish

    • When you switch [OFF], the information won't be shown FranDo users.

How to edit/delete

Edit

  1. Click FranDo Marketing > [My Business PRO].

  2. Click the brand/service name.

  3. Edit the contents and save.

Delete

  1. Click FranDo Marketing > [My Business PRO].

  2. Click [Checkbox] that you want to remove.

  3. Click [Delete].

  4. Confirm the alert and click [Delete].

Details

When a user makes a contact request

  1. When a FranDo user clicks [Contact Request] from [Brands/Services], an email/notification will be sent to the [Contact Person] set in [My Business PRO].

  2. If you have more than one contact person set in a single [My Business PRO], you can set the [Contact Person] by clicking [Message] in the [Notification].

  3. You will receive an email/notification informing you that you have been set as [Assignee].

  4. The [Contact Person] can initiate a [Smart Message] with a FranDo user from a notification.

  • To use FranDo Marketing you need to sign-in with custom sub domain of business account or you can Switch Account after sign-in.
