Profile Settings

To set up your account, click the icon in the upper right corner of the header and then click on [Settings].

Change Email address

  1. Click [Change email address].

  2. Submit your new email address.

  3. Submit the received passcode

  4. Sign-in with your new email address.

Change Cell phone number

  1. Click [Change cell phone number].

  2. Enter your password.

  3. Select a new country code.

  4. Submit your new cell phone number.

  5. Submit the SMS passcode.

Change Password

  1. Click [Reset password].

  2. Enter your new password.

  3. Enter your password again for confirmation.

  4. Sign-in with your new password.

Change Publish settings

  1. Turn On/Off the switch of [Publish my profile].

  2. Click [Save] at the top right or bottom.

Change the settings for receiving emails and notifications.

Settings for receiving Contact request

  1. Turn On/Off the switch of [Allow contact requests].

  2. Click [Save] at the top right or bottom.

Select or change the connect user categories

  1. Click the field of [Allowed user categories].

  2. Select user categories.

  3. Click [×] at the right of category name if you want to disallow.

  4. Click [Save] at the top right or bottom.

Receive messages from FranDo

  1. Turn On/Off the switch of [Receive messages from FranDo].

  2. Click [Save] at the top right or bottom.

Receive contact request emails

  1. Turn On/Off the switch of [Receive contact request email].

  2. Click [Save] at the top right or bottom.

Change language and time zone

Change language

  1. Select [Language].

  2. Click [Save] at the top right or bottom.

Languages supported

  • Japanese

  • English

  • Chinese (Traditional)

  • Chinese (Simplified)

  • Korean

  • Thai

  • Vietnamese

  • Malay

  • Indonesian

Change time zone

  1. Select [Timezone].

  2. Click [Save] at the top right or bottom.
