Lifecycle Stage
FranDo defines the lifecycle stage as the [stage] of the business introduction, investment consideration, and purchasing process of a prospect = lead.
Record the current stage the lead is at in the sales organization. This is an important indicator to consider how to approach each stage and implement it appropriately.
Lead Status
FranDo defines Lead Status as the [state] of the business adoption, investment consideration, and purchasing process of a prospect = lead in an organization's sales activities.
It records the current status of the sales activity. This is an important indicator to consider and properly implement the approach for each status.
Automatic Lifecycle Stage/Lead Status changes via Marketing Email
When you send a [Marketing Email] in FranDo Marketing, the Lifecycle Stage and Lead Status will automatically change based on the contact's status and will be recorded in the [Logs].
Cases in which a Marketing Email recipient opens an email
If the Lifecycle Stage of the Marketing Email recipient is Lead, Recycle, or Unqualified, opening the email will automatically change the stage to [MQL].
If a Marketing Email recipient's Lead Status is New, Pending, or Archive, opening the email will automatically change the status to [Attempted].

Cases where the status of “Attempted" is 14 days old
If the Lifecycle Stage of the target contact is Lead, MQL, SQL, or Opportunity, the stage will automatically change to [Recycle].
If the Lead Status of the target contact is Attempted, the status will be automatically changed to [Pending].
Case of a contact unsubscribing from Marketing Email
If a target contact unsubscribe the Marketing Email from your organization, the following automatic changes will be applied.
If the Lifecycle Stage of the target contact is Lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, or Recycle, the stage will be automatically changed to [Unqualified].
If the Lead Status of the target contact is New, Attempted, Connected, Convert, or Pending, the status will be automatically changed to [Archive].
Cases where a contact's email address is added to a Bounced emails
If a target contact's email address is determined to be a Bounced emails for some reason, the following automatic changes will be applied.
If the Lifecycle Stage of the target contact is Lead, MQL, SQL, or Opportunity, the stage will be automatically changed to [Recycle].
If the Lead Status of the target contact is New, Attempted, Connected, or Convert, the status will be automatically changed to [Pending].
To use FranDo CRM you need to sign-in with custom sub domain of business account or you can Switch Account after sign-in.
