What is bounce email?

A bounced email is an email that was not sent to the recipient for some reason. When this happens, you can check it by going to FranDo Marketing > [Marketing Email] > [Bounced emails].

FranDo's marketing email feature includes the ability to manage these bounced emails. The email server may freeze the accounts of senders with high bounce rates. This feature controls the emails not to be sent to the email addresses listed in the [Bounced emails].

Please delete a bounced email only when the cause of the bounce has been resolved. If you delete the [Bounced emails], you may not be able to deliver your email.
